Justin Bieber Slams Fan for Interrupting His Speech With a Gift

There are some celebs I normally refuse to write about. Whatever crazy thing they do or say that makes it into the news, I just let it go because I think It's not worth writing about. But this time I really couldn't hold it back. Why? Because I hate stars who turn on the people who actually represent the foundation of their celebrity status and their main source of income - their fans. And Justin Bieber did just that.

The 22-year-old singer was holding a speech about about the meaning behind his Purpose tour during a performance in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Friday nigh, when one of his Beliebers threw a hat on the stage. Now we all know it's not uncommon for fans to throw their idols 'gifts' during stage performances. The artists usually ignore them and just go on with the performance as planned, even though the items are sometimes the weirdest things you could possibly imagine, including vegetables (Lupe Fiasco), mud grass (Green Day), coins (Kanye West), tampons (One Direction), underwear (Tom Jones), and even a sex toy (Adam Lambert). So a hat can actually be considered a nice thing to get from the fans. Unless you're Justin. Then you "probably don’t want that s–t."

"The reason why it’s called the Purpose tour is because I feel like everybody in this building has a purpose," he said. "And though it’s not often that you speak about what your purpose may be or your friend’s purpose may be…and if we could take this moment to listen and try not to give me a hat or whatever you’re trying to throw on stage right now because I probably don’t want that s–t."

As soon as he realized what he'd said, he tried to mend it but honestly what I heard behind his apology was actually another critique towards the fan who pulled him out of "the zone."

"Sorry, that was mean," he went on. "But yeah, now I lost what I was going to say. I was deep into, like, a mode and a zone. I was – I was into it. Now I’m out of it. I’ll get it back. Just give me a second. I just wanted to take this moment to acknowledge the fact that we all have a purpose, that we all have a meaning to life and it’s not, like, we just don’t live to die. And this life is not all struggles."

Dear JB, excuse me, but I beg to differ. For most of us, including your beloved Beliebers, as well as their parents who are regular people with regular jobs and killer mortgages, life is made mostly of struggles. We're not all entitled teenagers who can get away with saying and doing anything just because we're famous and we bathe in money. You don't know what that fan's parents may have had to sacrifice to buy him that hat and then a ticket to your show. And that applies to probably millions of your adorers. So don't dis them so easily just because they wanted to show you how important you are to them. I'm sure the fan who threw the hat never really expected you to pick it up and wear it. Millions of your followers on social networks write to you every day. They know you won't reply them all. They understand that it would be impossible, even if you spent every second of your busy day doing it. Yet that doesn't stop them. They keep doing it because they love you. So instead of being a douche, remember that it's because of their undying love, childish as it may be sometimes, that you get to be the impressive star you are today. For once, grow up, take responsibility for your status and your army of followers, and lead by example.

Anna Kendrick Looks Great in a Swimsuit, Pokes Fun at Her Light Skin

Anna Kendrick's got nothing if not a wry sense of humor. The actress, who's currently hard at work promoting her latest movie, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, posted a photo of herself next to co-star Aubrey Plaza and film director Jake Szymanski, likely taken while they were still filming, and poked fun at how light her skin looked, even though she was wearing tanner.

She captioned the photo in her Instagram page, "I don't know if my favorite thing about this photo is that Aubrey and I are ignoring Jake's direction, or that I AM WEARING SELF TANNER and I'm still basically see-through. #MikeAndDaveNeedWeddingDates #InTheaters😎"

She then also took a shot at her character in the movie, Alice.

"Alice is a class act #MikeAndDaveNeedWeddingDates #InTheaters😎" she wrote next to it.

Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, is a comedy about two men who post an online ad to find themselves the perfect dates to their sister's wedding and end up with more than they'd bargained for. The movie also stars Zac Efron, Modern Family's Adam Devine and Parks and Recreation's Aubrey Plaza.

Sophia Bush Knows How to Save Her Antique Furniture and Keep Her Dogs Happy

It's no secret that Sophia Bush is a great activist. I mean, we all remember how hard she fought alongside other stars, like Austin Nichols, Ian Somerhalder and many more back in 2010 during the BP oil spill. She's also a huge animal lover. Especially dogs. Of which she has three. So it's no surprise to hear that when two of them got a little bit too comfy on her antique French settee, she had to do something about it. So, in sort of a 'rock and a hard place' type of situation - as in, save the furniture and keep the pets happy - she actually managed to find a pretty reasonable solution. And she took to Instagram to show us how it's done.

"When your fur baby decides to turn your antique French settee into his own personal bed and you wanna be mad because it's delicate and old af, but he's also delicate and old af and you just can't... Sweet old man #interiors #pets #welivehere #sbvibes" she captioned the photo.

And here comes the ingenious solution to having the cake and eating it too.

And the explanation, "Huzzah! A middle has been met. Took the @bowwowbeds cover from the big dog bed, draped it over the settee with an extra layer of cushion, and it's now the most popular seat in the house. Patch is less than thrilled that Griffin now likes "his" bed so much, but I believe this is what we call compromise 😜❤️🐶 #interiorhacks #pibblepile"

Tell me that's not adorable. I dare you.

"Early birthday celebration at work," she captioned the photo on her Instagram page. "Thank you sweet @ninomunoz #work #friends #earlybirthdaycake 🙏❤✨🎂Celebração antecipada de aniversário no trabalho. Obrigada meu querido amigo @ninomunoz . #amigos #trabalho #bolodeaniversarioadiantado"

Happy 36th Birthday, Gisele! I gotta say, you really don't look it.

K-Drama 'Jackpot' Filming Mistakes - Part 2

Title: Jackpot (대박)

Cast: Jang Geun Suk, Yeo Jin Goo, Lim Ji Yeon, Yoon Jin Seo

Episode 12 - The game board.

Jang Geun Suk's character pulls out his sword and smashes the game board that he was supposed to play on against a famous swindler. The board breaks in two, with both halves right side up. But then, when the game hall is seen from another angle, one of the halves is upside down.

Episode 12 - The protective arm.

As people flock to the door to avoid being taken in for illegal gambling, the Crown Prince, who is actually in charge of the whole operation, risks being trampled on, so his First Lieutenant extends his arm to make sure no one touches His Highness. That's all nice and well until we get a view from the top and see the two standing next to one another, the Lieutenant's arms to his sides. Then, as we return to a closer angle, we again see the man slowly lowering his arm as soon as the danger is over.

Episode 13 - The domino pieces

Baek Dae Gil is invited to play a game by another famous swindler but he knows better. As soon as the man sets the pieces on the table, Jang Geun Suk's character smashes them with his sword. Then, throughout the following few shots, the pieces keep changing position on the table although no one actually touches them.

Episode 14 - The blood again.

Somehow Jang Geun Suk's character finds himself at the scene of a murder and ends up being blamed for it because the victim coughs some blood on his chest. He runs away and we see that at one point he also has blood on his shoulder, a stain that may or may not extend to his white sleeve. I say may or may not because sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Also, notice how in the last screenshot the blood on his chest is shimmery, as if it were fresh, although the man walks around the village for hours before he gets home. Not to mention that in some previous scenes that blood is completely dry.

Episode 17 - And again.

Man, they sure did a hell of a botch job with that blood. Again, we have a stain that miraculously appears.

Episode 18 - The miracle hand.

And by miracle I don't mean able to joggle those sharp acupuncture needles. What I mean is the hand that seems to belong to a woman in her twenties when in fact it's the century-old royal medic's.

Episode 18 - The dead body that could.

Baek Dae Gil carries the body of longtime frenemy Dam Seo who sacrificed herself to save the life of the series' main bad guy. Now, I don't know how many of you have knowledge of what it's like to manipulate, not to mention carry someone who's completely unconscious, which would be as if they were dead, but I'm telling you, it's nearly impossible. Aside from the weight, which seems ten times heavier than normal, you also have the feeling that the person you're carrying is slipping away like sand. They're definitely not resting their arm on your shoulder.

Bethany Joy Lenz Writes Emotional Essay in the Wake of Nice Attack

Bethany Joy Lenz wrote an emotional essay following the terrible attack in Nice, France, where at least 84 lives, including 10 children, were lost after a truck drove through the crowd of 30,000 celebrating Bastille Day on Thursday night. As many other celebs, including Kristen Bell, the One Tree Hill star too felt the need to address the public on the recent wave of violent attacks that claimed so many innocent lives.

The essay, posted on BJL's blog, starts, "I’m having a hard time writing about makeup.  Or fashion.  Or luxury travel.  Especially that.  Because that gorgeous 5 star hotel on the beach (or in the middle of the city) is the perfect way to spend your vacation unless someone gets into a semi loaded with automatic weapons and drives into a crowd enjoying the evening fireworks display.  The hottest new nightclub is the perfect place to unwind and blow off some steam after work unless someone walks in with a machine gun and open fires on the dancing crowd.  That recipe I told you about is the perfect thing to cook for your visiting family and friends, unless you’re on your way the the grocery store and you’re black and someone in a uniform is a afraid of you so they shoot you.  Because you’re black and trying to get groceries.  Those in-season pleats and florals are the perfect look to wear to that concert, unless someone walks into the show strapped with a bomb and blows up half the crowd. WHAT are we DOING?"

The star goes on to praise the social networks for allowing people to mass spread important messages meant to raise awareness on global critical issues like educating young girls or tolerance, but she admits that there's only so much we can do when it comes to "educating young recruit-targets for terrorism." In the end, she says, if everything else fails, we can still pray.

"If it’s literally the least you can do- Pray" she writes. "If it’s the most you can do- Pray.  Pray constantly.  Live and love and be grateful and have joy and don’t live in fear and anguish, but be aware all the time and acknowledge that awareness by asking for help- by praying.  Even if you don’t believe in God… on the off chance you’re wrong, and for the sake of doing something… can you just do it anyway? We’re in dire straights on planet earth right now.  It may be the only real thing we can do."

Kristen Bell Writes Encouraging Message After Nice Attack

Kristen Bell posted an encouraging message on her Instagram page following the gruesome attack in Nice, France, on Thursday night. The Bad Moms star says that even in moments of paralyzing fear, good always trumps evil and she gives as examples a few acts of bravery and kindness that regular people did during and after the attack.

"F**k fear," she wrote in the caption. "Don't let it control your thoughts. Don't let it win. Let practical solutions and a standard of kindness for and from all dominate our collective conversation."

At least 84 people, including 10 children, died in the horrifying attack in Nice, France, where a crowd of over 30,000 were happily celebrating Bastille Day before a madman decided to drive a truck right through them.
